techniques used

We use pro arch rolling kit to give you what you want.

We take our time and the utmost care to give you the best possible result.

Lip roll - rear

Your standard arches have a lip folded back in to the arch, whether its single or double skin at the back, its no match for the roller. We can roll the lip back up tight to the bodywork to give you up to an extra 20mm for your rims. For most people this is all they need to avoid the arch lip catching on the tyre shoulder. From the outside you'd never know, the bodywork and lines remain unchanged.

Lip roll - front

Front arches usually have a much smaller lip than the rears. Due to their single skin construction they are far weaker than the rears and need careful treatment. Its common for front wings to pull out slightly while rolling. This R32 Skyline is a good example. The construction of some front wings makes them unsuitable for rolling - your agent can advise for your car.

Pull

Once the lip is rolled we can roll a little harder, and pull the arch out a little more. Its very subtle, gives you a little more room. From the outside the look of the bodywork remains essentially unchanged. Not suitable for cars with plastic factory arch extensions

Flare

Giving you the maximum room, we flare the top of the arch out, it's the drift look, the euro look, call it what you like, the arch profile changes. You're going to need some wide rims to fill these arches. Keep the flare small and you may get away without any paint damage, if you go big, a skim of filler and paint will almost certainly be required to return that factory smooth look. Not suitable for cars with plastic factory arch extensions. More info ... please read
